1. The check should be made payable to “Gold Imaging”. The amount of the check should be the price of the products, plus tax, and shipping. The price of the products can be obtained by phone or by following the on-line instructions up to “add to cart”. Sales tax is 7% for NC residents only or tax-exempt certificate if applicable. The charge for shipping & handling is $8.95.
2. The letter should include the county/title you want, street address, phone number and contact name. We need a street address as opposed to a PO BOX as we will ship via UPS and UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX. Products may be sent by U.S. Mail but only at the receiver’s request and risk. The phone number would be used in case there is a question that may arise in processing your order.
